SHIPPING PROCESS
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are processed the next day.
For domestic shipping, it takes 1-3 days to be delivered.
For international shipping, it takes 5-8 business days to be delivered.
SHIPPING FEES
DOMESTIC SHIPPING charges are determined based on the delivery destination. The cost varies depending on the region or prefecture where the order is being shipped. Shipping service is fullfilled by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING charges are determined based on two factors: the delivery destination and the total weight of the package. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process. For international shipping, we use Japan Post's ePacket service to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.
Both domestic and international shipping options come with full tracking capabilities. As soon as your item sets sail, we'll send you an email with the tracking number, so you can follow every step of its exciting voyage to your doorstep.
